The iBRIDGE Barcelona conference is dedicated to providing a positive conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or beliefs. To ensure this we adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind. We reserve the right to expel without refund or otherwise sanction conference participants who violate this rule.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing via the "Contact Us" page at ibridges.org

Requests received by Oct 8, 2016 will receive a full refund, minus 50 US Dollar processing fee and any applicable registration site fees.

Requests received between Oct 8, 2016 and Nov 8, 2016 will receive a 50% refund, minus 50 US Dollar processing fee and any applicable registration site fees.

No refunds will be processed for cancellations on or after Nov 8, 2016.

The applicable time zone for refund deadlines is GMT+1. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card to which the original charge was made. Processing of refunds may take between 30-60 days.

Can I give my registration ticket to another person to take my place?

Unfortunately registration tickets are not tradeable and are linked to the person who registered initially.

Can I bring a personal guest to any of the iBRIDGE Barcelona sessions?

Your guests are welcome but they need to register online individually so we can accommodate them properly.
